Booking a Tee Time
First, you'll need to create an account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Book Tee Times" page. Select an event with an "Open" status. You'll then see available times. Click "Add to Cart" for any desired times. Please note that tee times added to your cart are held for 5 minutes only. After adding items to your cart, navigate to the cart page. From there, you can add players to your team. You must enter at least 3 players for each tee time by searching for existing members or adding them manually. Once all teams are complete, you can click "Confirm Booking" free of charge.
Managing Your Bookings
Visit the "My Bookings" page to see all of your reservations. You have two options for each booking:
Modify Team: Click "Modify" to open the Team Details dialog, where you can add or remove players from your group.
Cancel Booking: Click "Cancel" to permanently remove your booking and make the tee time available for others.
Waitlist Alerts
If an event is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. Choose your desired start and end times, and we will email you automatically as soon as a tee time opens up within that range. Please note bookings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
